Sasha Compère, a rising actress hailing from Detroit, Michigan, cut her teeth playing Ali in The Dead Girls Detective Agency last year, before gaining recognition as Laura in Miracle Workers, appearing alongside Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, in March.

With these television credits under her belt, Compère’s profile is set to rise further as she moves into film, with a role in the much-hyped sci-fi mystery Ad Astra, launching this month, starring Hollywood luminaries Brad Pitt, Tommy Lee Jones and Ruth Negga. Showing no signs of slowing down, Compère's also set to star opposite Emmy winner Courtney B Vance in the Netflix drama Uncorked, as well as a collection of shorts, Seven Days, later this year.
